Inside Google Sheets, open Extensions → SmartStamp → Settings, go to the Account & Support tab, and use the feedback form there. It goes straight to our team.

Opting out
SmartStamp only runs inside spreadsheets where you've explicitly installed it. To remove it, open the spreadsheet, then go to Extensions → Add-ons → Manage add-ons, find SmartStamp, and select Remove.
If your organization's admin installed SmartStamp for your domain, you can disable it individually via Google Workspace Marketplace → Manage → toggle it off for your account, or contact your Workspace admin.
Uninstalling immediately revokes SmartStamp's access to your spreadsheets — no data is retained beyond what's described in our Privacy Policy.
