Set up SmartStamp for your whole team

One invoice, one place to manage seats, instead of everyone subscribing separately. Here's how the team plan works, who can use it, and how seats get assigned and changed.

Individual SmartStamp licenses (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime) are per-person. The team plan is a single yearly purchase that covers a block of seats for your organization, with self-service seat management — no separate checkout per person.

Requirement: a Google Workspace domain

The team plan is scoped to a Google Workspace domain — the shared domain behind your organization's Google accounts (e.g. everyone on @yourcompany.com). A personal @gmail.com account has no such domain to install across, so the team plan isn't available to it; those users stay on the individual Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime plans.

Installing the add-on domain-wide from the Google Workspace Marketplace is a separate step from licensing — it makes SmartStamp available to everyone on the domain, but each person's access level still depends on whether they hold a seat on the team license (or their own individual plan).

Buy a team license

  1. On the pricing page, the Teams & organizations section: minimum 5 seats, €10.99/seat/yr, billed yearly on one invoice.
  2. Complete checkout as the purchaser — this account becomes the license owner.

Assign seats to teammates

  1. As the purchaser, open Extensions → SmartStamp → Settings → Account & Support and click Manage team seats →.
  2. Enter a teammate's email address and click Add.
  3. SmartStamp sends that teammate an invite email and assigns them a seat from your purchased block.

A teammate with an assigned seat gets full paid-plan access under their own account — no separate subscription, no card details from them.

Changing the seat count

Need more or fewer seats later? The same Manage team seats dialog lets the purchaser change the seat count directly — the change is prorated and reflected on your next invoice, no need to contact support or cancel and re-buy.

Leaving a team

A teammate who no longer needs access can leave their seat from their own Account & Support tab, freeing it up for someone else on the same license — without the purchaser having to remove them manually.
